Party Hire,Hire Bouncy Castle

We do sell our castles if anyone is interested. W can custom-make any bouncy castle from 3 meters-30 meters.
Rainbow Bouncy Castle staff will set up castle for clients.
Full payment will be made once we deliver your castle on site. We will provide a mobile EFTOPS Machine. However, we do not accept credit card.
You will need to call us and cancel your booking 24 hours before your order time. If you cancel your booking within 2 hours notice we will charge your $50.00 as a penalty (if the cancellation was caused by unfavorable weather, such as heavy rain or strong wind, the cancellation fee might not be charged).
Yes. After the bouncy castle is set it up at least 1 adult aged over 18 years need to supervise at all time. We can provide our own staff onsite to supervise however, there is extra cost for $40-60 per hour.
No, you can not move or unplug the blower after the bouncy castle is set up. The blower needs to be running all times during the play hours.
Yes, we do supply a mat to you if you make a request or we feel it is necessary.
No, Our Bouncy Castles cannot make any contact with a wall or tree.
During playing hour if there is a light rain it is all right. If there is heavy rain or strong wind then you will need ask people inside to come out from castle slowly. Some of our bouncy castles do provide rain cover on the top.
Normally we will set up your bouncy castle within 15 mins. It depends the site and size of castle. Please note: set up time and packing up time does not count in your hiring hours.
If you require more hours of play you are welcome to contact our Rainbow Bouncy Castle staff to see how much you need to pay for extra time.
Yes, you still can hire our bouncy castles if you do not have a power supply. We will need to charge you for using a power generator.
